Hello and good afternoon everybody, I would like to a question regarding on gas, but first I will explain for that I will travel or drive far. First and foremost, I am driving a 2016 Prius 3 Touring. Anyway, I signed up for Roadie in order for me make extra income in my pocket. A customer requested to deliver his order (Office Chair) from Gardena, CA to Missouri, which would take like 1800 miles distance, 1 day drive w/o sleep or stop overs. I offered my service as to deliver his package. He wanted his package do tobbe delivered before the end of this week. The problem is I got only less budget, specifically less than $100. I drive with AC on when it comes to long trips. Here's the question. How much is the total spent for gas by driving that far from CA to MO and going back? I did my calculations through an app but it is not exactly accurate. Please respond ASAP and I highly appreciate your time for the explanations, suggestions, and advices that you guys will respond. welcome! we need to know your mpg's and how many miles. and what city/town in misery? but let me take a stab at $42. so, after a little research, and let's say you get 50 mpg. 1700 miles = 34 gallons @$2.50/g = $85. i guess i was off by a smidge.

I would have more faith in UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail... Why would anybody trust a complete stranger to deliver a package? Is he shipping something illegal??? There's a sucker born every minute.
