I watched a few videos they all said degreaser, scrub brush, soap & water then dry vac... Repeat process as needed. This is two passes and I'm still trying to get some more life out of the driver side. 213k miles and a size 13 shoe. I'll add the new photos if it gets better... Currently letting it soak... I have tried scrubbing with an Oxyclean solution with pretty good results. If you do this remember to rinse it out
