IS...are....I can't figure out this grammar. Regardless! -- My hands have less padding than when I was younger. I would prefer something softer than the Prius steering wheel ! It ain't killing me, but something soft would feel better, and a nice touch on a long drive. Needs to be a touch 'grippy', of course. A bit of resistance to the material. What's better? A steering wheel cover or a pair of (leather?) gloves? Which LASTS longer ? If I end up with a cover, I figured I'd buy the one at the PriusChat shop: Genuine Leather Steering Wheel Cover for 2010-2014 Toyota Prius by Wheelskins
Seems like it would be easier to me to just put a steering wheel cover on there. I have done that on cars before when I didn't have a garage and the wheel would get really hot during the day.
Wheel covers. I got those basketball hands lol. I get better grip. It's great for winter driving. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Wheel cover. Defenitely wheel cover. You don't want to drive around with driving gloves like some wannabe.
Wheelskins are great and can come out looking great, if you take your time to lace them up the right way. Another alternative is to find a used Prius V leather steeing wheel form a wreaking yard. This is the best way to get a factory look wheel for pretty cheap. The Gen III and the V as well as the C all use the same size wheel.
