IIRC, each key fob can only be paired with one car in its lifetime. You're looking for someone with an unpaired fob. You can try eBay, too, but there's some risk it's not an unused fob. The foolproof option is to pay for a new one at a Toyota dealer. If you've lost your last fob, then a dealer is pretty much your only option since the body and immobilizer ECUs will need to be reset using Toyota software -- after the dealer verifies proper ownership. There are also different models of fob, depending on whether you have SKS or not.
