Speed Meter Display is blank when I turn on the light.

    When I trun on the light, I can't see speedometer and vehicle info.
    When I trun off the light, I can see as nomal.
    I reserched here and I changed 12v battery, but it doesn't fix it.
    Please help me...
    What's wrong is this?

    My pleasure:). I just hope you didn't buy a 12v battery just for this issue:(.

    Its ok. 12v battery is already over 4 years.
    I just switched new one and I try to sell old one.

    I just wasted my time,,,my wife also knew it about dimmer switch. lol but she didn't tell me. Wth

    Assuming the battery has not been deeply discharged, you should have a good spare;). I still have the original 12v in our 2010 Prius II and still reads 12.75v at the posts under the hood after sitting over night :).

    Good luck with your sale, or you could keep it and keep a battery tender on it just in case(y).
