The loop broke off my oil dipstick the last time I went to check my oil. Now maybe the service department bent and cracked it so that when I went to pull it just broke off in my hand, but I can't prove it. So now I have to check my oil by pulling it out with a pair of pliers. It's not exactly a common salvage item so I was wondering if anyone who was salvaging a Prius happened to have one for a nominal fee?

You don't have an oil dipstick listed. But I'll bet there's one in one of those wrecked Prii. Unfortunately I can't come to your yard to look for myself. I'm in California.
I suggest you don't actually need a Prius dip stick, one from any Toyota or Scion that uses the 1.5 L engine should work. Just hold it up next to the old one and make sure the part that goes down in the engine is the correct length.
