Is it possible to custom order a Prius with Package 2 or 3, add in the DVD nav, but not the rest of Package 7?

For example pkg #4 is not available in PA but, is available if you are willing to buy from a NJ dealer. Make sure you know which pkgs are available in your area before you decide which one you want.
