our daughter just crashed her 05 prius. passenger front quarter is pretty much hosed. i'm told it still drives. but parting it out properly is a bit above my skill set. anyone here interested or know someone in the san antonio / austin / houston areas who'd be interested? battery bank, all glass, interior, wheels, spare, etc, is all intact and in good shape.
i know! it's killing me to let a retail junker pay us bottom-feeder prices. but we're the better part of 200 miles away (in houston) with an HOA that wouldn't like smile on a junker in the driveway for the time it would take to disassemble. and we don't have a lot of reasonable options. : (
what do you think a skilled mechanic could get out of this from a dollar perspective? i'm just spitballing the easy parts that any consumer could pull out with a jack and socket set, and i'm seeing a grand... : (
