Why did you change them out? No springs?

Toyota told me to use their factory struts after I had the Monroe's on for about 6 mos.
They returned the Monroe struts to me to sell and I am just getting around to doing that

Toyota recommended I change to their factory struts. They gave me to Monroe struts to sell
and I am just getting around to it.

That's an expensive recommendation. That probably run you over $1500.

Is there anything wrong with them? Curious why Toyota asked you to switch them out considering they are close to oem.
