Heard a scraping noise then bumping and saw something disappear behind me. The Prius continued running fine. Checked at home and found complete fender liner gone! I haven't done anything to the liner before that. One electronic piece was dangling loose so I wire tied to a bracket temporarily. Don't know what all I need to fix this ( fender liner, bolts, clips, etc) or why it happened. Has anyone else had problems in this area?
The main pieces might be items 1 through 3 here: INNER STRUCTURE for 2006 Toyota Prius | Toyota Parts Not sure about the fasteners. Is the other side intact? That'd be a gold mine of information. I would just jack up the whole front end, set it on jack stands, remove both wheels, use the other side for reference. Take off fasteners and pieces on the good side. Verify what's what. To get a dealership to repair this could run up quite a bill I'd speculate. Too: these things don't just "fall off", it takes lots of neglect.
That is the incorrect page reference. The parts needed are on this page: BODY/FENDER & COMPONENTS FOR 2006 TOYOTA PRIUS FWIW, the OP has asked the same Q in another thread and been answered.
