If it doesn't start, and you've got that triangle caution sign, it's related to the hybrid system. Try disconnecting one of the battery terminals and see what happens. It also coukd be that your hybrid battery has some capacity issues. Scan the car for codes, and post here. PS: asides the triangle caution sign, do you see a thermometer sign on the MFD?
