I had the drivers door open and the ignition on acc. with the radio on and the blower on low for about 30 min. oh,headlights were on also. Suddenly the radio shut off and would not turn back on. Then the dash lights starting flickering and the YELLOW triangle came on and I got the message to apply the parking brake on flat ground.The car would not start at this time...I applied the parking brake several times and the message would not go away. I then shut it down for 5min. Then it flashed the old must put it in park to start.(of course it already was)Finally after 10 min. of screwing with it it started and ran normally. ( I love Toyota's advanced electrics!) ( I HATE TOYOTA'S ADVANCED ELECTRONICS !!!) Question, Does the accessories run off the 12 V or the hybrid? Maybe the 12V got low. NO DAM GAUGE TO SEE!
yes, if you're going to run accessories for any length of time, put it in ready. get thee to a battery charger, and be prepared to replace it. is it original?
