2017 Prius 3 Touring in CA for $29400 + TTL?

    I am from CA and looking at a 2017 Prius 3 Touring, pearl white with a few options. MSRP is a little over 31k.

    Cool thing is that this dealership has LIFETIME powertrain warranty and 100k bumper to bumper warranty.

    $29,400 with TTL, 0% APR financing, which is $490 per month in payments.

    Is this a good deal?
