I would like to sell my complete system for $2000 OBO. It was installed by Dan Lander in late 2010 in a Gen III Prius and has gone through a number of part replacements. Currently, everything is working except that one of the two batteries has one or two bad cells and as a result, they won't charge much. If the batteries are tuned up or the cells replaced you should get 20 miles / charge or 40 miles of assist. You can contact Danny Lu at Powerin for battery cells that fit (despite 1mm greater thickness).
