Is that different from the first one about assembling the 2016/17? It looks very similar from my memory.
It probably hasn't changed much, although I saw a few colored Prii this time. I was trying to see if they build Primes on the same line or not. Can't remember if they build those in Motomachi. I had a fun time searching through Toyota City in Google Maps, trying to figure out how to get to Tsutsumi for a plant tour. My ignorance of the Meitetsu train system is spectacular, JR is easier for me to navigate. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
It sort-of reminds me of assembling IKEA gadgetry - with what looks like an assembly sheet - doubtless it's something else, but I had to giggle - and wonder if each one comes with an ALLEN KEY?:
Those sheets definitely have instructions about options for each car. There is one for the back, and a different one for the front. The front ones definitely tell which cars do & don't get DRCC, which are left-hand drive or right-hand drive, etc. The rear ones would have similar instructions regarding TSS-P components and other options. Not sure how the system works, though Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I visited my sister in Japan once when she lived there. I've ridden trains in Europe with no problem, but other than the Shinkansen (bullet train) I would have gotten completely lost on the trains in Japan without my sister, because many of the station platforms only displayed destinations in kanji, which if you don't know what your destination name looks like in kanji you are toast. That was thirty years ago however, maybe they have since added Roman characters to more of the platform signage.
