My 5am 18 mile drive this morning did not upload any stats or it wasn't updated on Entune's servers. Also my charge notification emails after midnight were not received. The charge management applet does not connect or update as of 7am central. Anyone else?
I'm trying to learn if it's just me. Is yours working? Try to connect and refresh charge mgmt. @HPrimeAdvanced @priuscatprimeguy
Thank you for that confirmation. I'm on the phone with Toyota right now (1-800-331-4331) to reopen the old case we had before. It's on their telemetrics end.
Update: For those of you that remember, the tier II case manager "Chris" helped us the last time. They've handed this off to him again. He's supposed to call me back withing 24 hours. This acts exactly like it did before. No charge emails or notifications, can't connect to get check charging status, and the dashboard stats are not updated with any driving you do while this is down. I guarantee you, it's their telemetric servers on their end. I'm guessing they have no way of knowing when they are down, just like last time, until we call them.
here's my 2 cents.......tried to update charge management, the request came back as updated Mar 13 11:32 pm EDT and it's March 14TH AT 11:04 AM EDT
After that page comes up, hit the refresh in the upper right corner. Mine comes back with a communication error after about 2 minutes.
The only irritation is having to alert them about it instead of them having a service level to monitor it.
Same problem. I called they told me it should be resolved by tomorrow. I told them they should be sending out email notifications. That is what Viper does when their monitoring service goes down.
