Hello, Correct, this is only the AeroBlades brand new in box. You will need the 480R foot packs and 1566 fit kit if you’re trying to install on a 3rd gen Prii. I will give you a call tomorrow. I’m actually going to be in San Diego sometime this week so you can save on shipping costs.
