I am original owner of a 2012 V and have the car serviced at dealership every 5000 miles (usually every 3-4 months). In the last year, I have had to replace one or more bulbs at least every other service visit. Dealership has replaced free when it is same bulb at next visit. Is this expected? Have not had this experience with the 09 Camry Hybrid I also still own.
Never saw a single lamp/bulb failure on our 2012 v Five while the bulbs were OEM, and have seen no failures since going all-LED (with exception of vanity lamps on sun visors).
You don't mention which bulbs are burning out...but I'll share an experience I had with front headlight and front signal repeatedly burning out on an Accord. Turned out that the plastic underpanel on the bottom front of the car had fallen off and whenever it rained, water was kicked up to the light connections, shorting out the bulbs. Once I replaced the underpanel, no more burned out bulbs.
