Clunking noise when trying to park or put it in reverse on my jdm 2013 prius

Hi guys.couple of days ago I left the front windows down while washing my prius(I know I know)and water got in to indash entertainment system which ain't working properly anymore.well that's another story,my concern is this weird clunking noise which I never had before that unfortunate car wash.when I press the park button or put it in reverse that's when I can hear it and its pretty loud.from reverse to N and drive and vice versa,there ain't any problem.only happens when you got to P OR R and vice versa.any help would be much appreciated.thanks.
