I’m getting a used company Prius in a couple of weeks. I am unsure about the number of back seats. I’ve watched YouTube reviews of the car and some have 2 and some have a small 3rd seat in the middle. Is their a way of finding out? The car is a 2017 Prius Plug In 1.8 Business Edition +. Many Thanks in advance. Martin
The plug in can be charged from an electrical outlet. All Prius models are electric and can be charged by the engine. The engine can also provide additional drive power as needed.
there is no 'all electric prius', but the plug in prius, called 'prime' here in the states, will travel about 25 miles all electric before the engine is needed. you can read about them on line, or here in the prime forums. i'm assuming that because you note plug in, the business addition is similar to our prime.
. Over here in UK the Prime is called the Prius Plug-in. The Business Edition is the second spec trim of the four offered which has more then your 3, but less than your 3+.
Yes, sorry. Too close to my bedtime to be messaging and making sense to other readers. But you're right the Business Edition here has the 15" rims and and Touch 2; the Business Edition Plus has 17"with Touch 2 and Go navigation. America has to many variations for this bear of very little brain to comprehend!
Here's one review that seems fairly even handed except the condescending judgement that all of us got Prii for green-ness and not for simple frugality. Toyota Prius Plug-in Business Edition Plus Review (2017) | Cars UK
