Ok, we just had a Prius driver pull up in front of our office, my secretary alerted me as she always does- he came in and here is some of the conversation: me "Is that your Prius?" him "Yes" me "How do you like it? That is my blue one over there" him "Umm, it's ok, it doesn't get the mileage they claim, I only get about 45" me "Yea, that's because you are driving in the mountains." (meanwhile thinking 45 mpg is bad?) "How many miles do you have on it?" him "I have about 22k on it, it does ok, it does 75mph ok- I have taken it out of town a couple times" Ok, he doesn't deserve a Prius! I don't know many people that would really complain about 45mpg in the mountains... I mean, I would rather get 60, but at least I am not getting 18 any more! And does 75 mph ok? I go out of town a couple times per month, and usually go 80 just fine, and sometimes much faster! I am not a slow driver, especially when driving far away, I just wanna get there! Ok needed to vent to some people that might get me haha
