I have spent the last 3 days on my new Prius Prime Advanced reading the manual and setting up the radios etc etc. There is so much technology to get a hold of. I feel stupid asking for help on this one, but I have spent a couple of hour just trying to get the EV diagram (as shown on the photo) on the multi-function display. I do have it already showing on the heads-up display but it lacks the other useful information. How do I get this on my MFD, please.
If you're talking about the Hybrid System Indicator (that menu you have there with the bar and the battery meter and the Eco scores), on the MFD (the 11.6" screen), I don't believe that's possible. The HSI can be shown in 3 places As shown on the 4.2" MID As a simplified version shown to the right of the speedometer in the speedo 4.2" TFT screen In the HUD as you've discovered.
Similar boat here Pushing the HUD button to the lower left of the steering wheel will toggle HUD information modes.
If what you're asking is "how do I make my dashboard look like the one in the picture," then go to the controls on the right side of the steering wheel. There's a 'O' surrounded by arrows up, down, left, right. Hit the left and right buttons to see the 7 different displays. The one you want is the first one on the left (looks like a small 'i'). Then use the up and down arrows until you find the driving information shown.
