P0A80. Replace hybrid pack P3000. Battery ecu Po3014. Battery pack 4 weak Make sure orange interlock is properly locked. Push it in flip up handle and then slide handle down till it locks. Disconnect 12 volt battery to remove stored codes, make car ready hit ready button once all test lights come on hit ready button again to shut off then hit ready button once more and it should make it ready. Who is the “place”?
Welcome to Prius Chat . In addition to what @edthefox5 said above, I have some questions: Is this a new Toyota battery or a battery from another source? What type of warranty are they offering? How many miles on your Prius? Do you still have the old pack that failed? Do you have a way to read the codes and if so, what type of device are you using? Good luck and keep us posted .
no it was a rebult from best hybrid batteries . got a 3 year warranty , 186 000 ,yes, no I had pella car car read the codes and they said I need a new battery best hybrid batteries out of shorewood IL
Since it’s a rebuilt battery, all bets are off other than it will fail. It lasted a good bit, but this will be familiar territory . Good luck and keep us posted .
How did they send the battery and didn't install? They need the old battery back? Most of these services have mobile installation. Read the codes again, you might have gotten a bad battery. This will be a rough 3 years for you
