Soon to be new owner of a 2017 Prius Prime Advanced. Been lurking around here getting all kinds of useful info to aid in navigating the tech rich Prime Advanced. Im almost thinking that I need some classroom training to get the most out of this car. Should be fun learning!!!
Just go to owners.toyota.com and enter your car's VIN if you have it otherwise Year, Model and Trim level. There are several of the Prime's Manuals in PDF format. It's a lot of reading but if you are anything like me it's all useful and interesting information. Being a geezer myself I fully expect this to be very generic (not Prime specific) but AARP is offering a "Smart DriverTEK Course" 90 minutes for $5. More info here for any other geezers who might be interested: AARP Smart DriverTEK Workshop Registration J
Welcome! In two weeks we'll give you your final exam on the 784 page owner's manual written in Japanenglish.
If you enjoy "tinkering" with things, then by all means try to absorb all of what those here with a tendency toward OCD are doing. But you NEED no such thing. Just drive it and enjoy it.
