    @bisco, like your new avatar; gets you some more hatch "floor space". With the raised edge and hole in the middle, I keep seeing a crokinole board: add a few pegs and paint on some circles?

    i thought it looked like a coliseum.:cool: the edge keeps items from sliding off. the hole is for my finger. easier to lift it straight up with one hand and grab the tire with the other.
    i remove them 3 days a week for trash and recycling runs.

    i had to look up crokinole, see it is related to curling, according to wiki.:)

    Wanted to give a small update. My tank is finally empty + it's the day of drop off at the dealership. They have the car currently right now so I will be giving numbers, my fuel up, and what the dealership came up with. Will give those numbers either later tonight or early tomorrow. Thanks again to everyone who's taken the time to actually help me.

    Also, sorry not sorry to those who seem slightly aggitated at this thread? It's my second car and first hybrid so I thought joining this site would educate and help me learn more about them. So if asking questions here means negativity, that gives a bad impression.
