The text says: ハイブリッドツステムインジクーター In Romaji (with spaces added for clarity): Haiburiddo Tsusutemu Injikuutaa I think this means "Hybrid System Indicator". (Google Translate comes to the same conclusion.) So, it's not an error message. However, I do see a warning light on the left side of the photo. Unfortunately, part of the light is cut off, but if it's the one I think it is, then this is the description from the Toyota Owners website for my 2010 Prius (I imagine the meaning is similar for your Prius):
It's not a warning message. As Barry said above, it's just a title for that screen - the Hybrid System Indicator. See video
