This picture shows what a company was doing with VW Bugs in 1975. Rolling billboards. The first one in line was mine. It was a very old bad paint job Bug my son bought for me to use for a short time while I was in the US of A. The company painted the car and attached the decals. One year contract $25 per month plus payments for leaving it in front of shopping malls for a period of two hours occasionally. The picture was taken at the entrance of the Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, California. They had us drive around the course and then gave us parking near the Pits. Had lots of fun with it. The second year they repainted the car green and white with Kools decals. And of course I have never smoked and am very vocally anti-smoking so my friends gave me much grief. [attachmentid=4540]

Nope. It's a sure bet now. THIS cool chick ain't gonna be offering up her Pri for ad space any time...soon or EVER! Yeah, the HOV stickers still stick in my craw...(not de craw...!)
