Just an update for people

So interestingly enough it ended up being 2 problems

1. My HV battery was failing
2. While immobile, some punks stole the catalytic converter from beneath my car

The loud motorcycle sound came from the missing catalytic converter, In case anyone else ever experiences this

But the HV battery itself needed to be replaced

I ended up using http://www.greenbeanbattery.com for their mobile installation and 5yr warranty. I needed this car to last me at least 3 years so I opted for these guys rather than greentec auto.

I pay $1549 and the mobile installer came out to my home the day after I called. He replaced the battery within an hour or so and tested it for me.

It's been 3.5 months so far and the car has been working flawlessly.
