Be careful that the Prime sold in Japan may have slight differences in the interior fittings. I bought a set of Clazzio leather covers and discovered that the rear headrests in my European Prime are shorter than the ones fitted on the US Prime. Luckily, I was able to install them anyway, however there is some empty space on the top of the headrests cover, hard to notice though.

I just tried to install the rear headrest today and understand what you're saying now. I didn't do the research on the back seat. But apparently the JDM model headrest is smaller. Also the hole for the JDM model sits 1" towards the front so the material is somewhat pushed forward. But I made it work to the best of my ability. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
