At 33% in the front - max allowed by Nevada Law for front windows is 35% light transmission with a tolerance of 7%.
What brand did you choose? I put Huper Optik on the wife’s RX450h at 50% and I think that looks great. She didn’t want the windshield done, so it was only the front windows . But she’s happy, so I’m happy.

4%. Can you see out of that at night ? I had a rebel at work on my staff who went 5% all around on his lift Silverado. He had to roll his windows down at night to see out. Good look though .
No issues seeing out or driving safely at night. Rear window helps with bright upcoming headlights. Any rear passenger window issues mitigated by Prime's Blind Spot Monitoring system. I also own a '67 Camaro. Would not be comfortable with 4% on that car.
