I did get a refund from the USPS. It took a little time, but they did make me whole. That does not excuse the complete and total lack of response from the PriusChat seller, though. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a lot of years of buying off the internet.
I have to agree. The lack of proper communication from the Seller, casts doubt on a purchase-decision. Why ignore customers?

Wow ....Glad you were reimbursed thru usps. Was your order drop shipped? If so did you reach out to the vendors(not priusshop)? I was planning to place an order but held off....
It was shipped from a Toyota dealer, whom I did not reach out to. I just assumed the seller worked for the dealer or something like that. In hindsight, that may have been another option to try.
