Identify piece that fell off

I found it laying on top of the lower engine mount while doing an oil change. There was also a small heat shield that had fallen off laying in the same area. The narrower circular end is slightly rubbery like a bushing.

    I would be more interested in seeing the heat shield that fell off. The function/location of the rubber piece in the photos is not obvious.

    Size and shape made it easy to identify where the heat shield came from.
