My SO just emailed me these photos of something that is dangling from the rear of the car. Would anyone be able to identify it and suggest a course of action? Thanks!
Figured it out, courtesy of my FIL's Prius tech. The part is the smart key antenna for the hatch. So when you are behind the vehicle and want to use the smart key feature to release the trunk, this antenna will pick up the key fob. It is $450....so it may be a good idea for her to go to a service station and have them at least zip tie it back up in place if it can not be bolted back on.
