scam advertising

    FYI got a Bell Canada scam ad here while on the site, no blame to the admin of the site of course. just beware of what pops up.

    What does it look like? I have Ad Block running on my browser, I don't usually see any ads on PriusChat pages.

    I don't see ads either. How do you know the ad is a scam? What were they advertising?

    Past ad-served malware is one reason I generally block ads.

    Bell canada survey. had https and lock/ secure notations...I'm not tech savvy....asks to do a survey etc. googled it and it was the $1 for a Samsung s10 phone promotion, after you do the survey. I've been dealing with bell the last few days...it must have shown up on the scammers radar and I was sent the fake survey....

    Nonetheless...no harm no foul.
