Hi guys I’m new to this forum I recently just bought a 2012 Prius Two I had a question and was wondering if anyone has done this mod?
I have done something similar I mounted a camera over my licence plate that wirelessly transmits to my GPS unit. So Im curious where this camera transmits "to". I'm pretty sure it will be the same that you will need to tap into the reverse wires for power to turn the camera on, and then you need to wire the camera to the transmitter. So its wireless but not truly wireless. If you are interested in hearing more about what I did feel free to message me.
Well briefly what I did was take the molding off the inside to run a cable up the side and than in the boot and down in the panel so it would stick out where the reverse lights are let me include some pictures. Again I would be glad to go into more detail with a private message, and possibly talk on the phone if needed.
