Prices are very local at this time with much higher on the left coast. rav4world is the best place to ask that question. Actually, you don't need to ask it, there is a thread going on prices of various configs.
Here in Australia, because it's brand new, and HYBRIDs are still in short supply (Christmas if ordered now) - full retail. Not sure about in Wales - you just have to check your dealers and see what they'll do.
