2011 Prius in good shape with clean interior. Just changed the oil and last year got new rear brakes and boots. My car is experiencing an issue with the heat. Here are the items that I had done to try to correct the 12v battery replaced, heating core flushed, new thermostat, tested the heat/ac interface inside the vehicle. It is believed that it is the flap inside the dash that is stuck or broken and not flipping open to allow the heat into the interior of the car. The heat does register to temp where it should on the engine side of things. This would be a great car who knows how to repair/work on their own vehicles or has the cash to get it fixed. I have accounted for the repair and am firm on my price, I believe it is fair. Serious inquiries only please. My car does not have the navigation or back-up camera.
we are looking for a 2011-2012 Prius and my wife works in the Twin Cities often. Does you car have bluetooth? Have you had any estimates for opening the dash to repair the heat? And can you post some pictures? Thanks
Hi JerryCS! Sorry for the delay in reply. Yes, my car does have bluetooth! The estimate that I received for going into the dash was from my mechanic and it was $1500. It's a great car
