I couldn't possibly do justice to her, nor accurately list all of her accomplishments. Mother, wife, journalist, author. Fiercely loyal to her friends. Equally fierce advocate for strangers. She continues to reflect tremendous credit upon herself, and her profession.
I liked her a lot, she also had a sister who was a rising star in NJ politics who passed away way before her time, of cancer. Since we lived in both NJ and a few years in Louisiana, we had some things in common.
