Usually no, but rules vary from state to state and sometimes in between dealers. Best to ask the dealer for detail.

i need something i can print and show dealer.dealer saids i need to finance for 90 days then pay off bs me to make commission fiance
when i purchased my dakota, it was clear that the best deal was through financing, and i was able to pay it off after 3 months. but if you read through the prime pricing thread, you will see that rebates are freely given by toyota without financing. the only thing i can recall is people who finance get a lower rate in lieu of a rebate. so just the opposite.
If you know it's bs, why are to trying to do business with that dealer? As I said, sometimes rules and consequently the final cost differ between participating dealers.
i look if anybody can send me link that shows that .i have look cant find that to show dealer they have best price want buy this weekend pay cash
dealer has best price of all the dealer i contact for quote i can take it to any dealer for service buy from the this dealer pay cash .service dealer of my choice.this is best on price
i spent 2 months price shopping .found dealer invoice and dealer holdback to find this price at this dealer ready to buy this weekend
If that's the case, then negotiate with them. If they don't give you the price they quoted including the TOYOTA rebate WITHOUT financing, tell them you will take the business somewhere else. If they still do not sell you without financing, your best bet is to take their quote to some other dealers to match it without financing. Also if you have the cash to pay for the car, and the financing does not cost you much more by paying off in 90 days, why not go with their suggestion and make them happy. They may even give you a further discount to cover the first 90 days of interest payment and fees to transfer the title. If you go this route, just make sure the loan does not have an early payoff penalty.
Is this your first new car buy? clean cash? which denomination? Sounds like a craigslist ad cash only no bs and I don't need any help selling my car LOL
Something like this: 2020 Toyota Prius Prime Incentives, Specials & Offers in Amherst NY Your local dealership's web site will have something similar. Click on "Disclaimer" "Limit one cash offer per finance transaction. Contact dealer for information on compatibility with other cash offers and rebates. If this cash offer is displayed in your finance transaction estimate, it will be applied toward your down payment. -- Offer provided by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A." That isn't 100% clear to me. You can try telephoning Toyota Motor Sales USA, 800-331-4331, and see if they give you a clear answer. Or, go ahead, finance it, then pay it off in full as soon as you get the loan paperwork. The only extra cost will be a stamp & envelope.
