With manual and box, it is in the same condition as when I bought it new directly from ScanGauge. Instructions can be seen online here. Price: $90 includes Priority Mail to anywhere in the US. They've come out with a newer model that is more compact, but as far as I know it has no different functionality... and is quite a bit more money than what I'm asking here!
