Do you have the part number? Is it this: 42611-47070? I see a sub $100 offering on EBay, used. Picture looks ok: Wheel, Disc, TOYOTA, 42611 47070 824697 | eBay Bit of road rash evident in the low-res pics, probably Classic Silver Metallic (1F7) is exact match. It is for 3rd gen silver rims, anyway.

Thank you for the reference. I'm not sure of the part number, I just saw a slight wobble at the tire shop. As the 3rd owner of this Touring model, I can only hope that these are stock rims. Drivability doesn't seem affected other than slight increase in road noise. I don't want to throw any old 16-inch wheel, I'm concerned about the weight matching that of the stock wheels. One thing I have learned about Gen 2 Prius is that they are very sensitive and little things effect them.
The 16" are way less common... When I was tracking these prices on craig's list and elsewhere the 15" were in the $75 range.
Yeah, a new OEM wheel is way too expensive. At that price you could buy a set of 4 new budget aftermarket alloy wheels, and sell three other OEM wheels on eBay you will be ahead of the game.
Yeah, that would be the simplest and maybe cheapest solution. But if I was in OP's situation, I would definitely look into buying 15" wheels (either aftermarket or used OEM), especially if the current tires are due for change anytime soon.

My wife was able to bend 3 of mine so far. One bad 2 not so bad. They bend really easy. Btw, easiest and fastest way to check for bent wheel is put the wheel on the back of the car and spin the wheel. You can easily see even the tiniest run out. Found replacement rims at the 2 different junkyards. Grease the mating surface of the wheel to hub area so it will be easier to take that wheel off in the future. The g2 mag wheels get stuck on the cast iron hubs and are really hard to remove. Very common issue. Trick for that is loosen the lug nuts and drop the car on the loose wheel and hopefully they come loose.
I've asked the one near me. The answer was "proprietary". From what I've experienced I was happy. Last wheel I had done was a 20" wheel for '13 Porsche Panamera. A replacement wheel would be maybe in the $$$$ range. To replace all the wheels with aftermarket would have been cheaper but then I'd need to change the tires.... moto g(7) power ?
It won't because it will have a tire with a 65% profile ratio so the overall diameter will be about the same.
Yeah that's the way it always is: regardless of rim size, all the approved rim/tire combos (even the temp spare) are roughly the same outside diameter.
I would look on Kijiji or whatever you have locally. I recently picked up a set of 4 mint 15 inch six spokes with covers and almost new summer tires for 300 dollars. I was happy to ditch the 16 inch rims as the don't ride as well, the tires are more expensive, and they bend if you look at them the wrong way. Around here people tend to trade in their cars with the rusty winter steel rims and then resell the alloys, so you can often find some for sale.
