I have just joined Prius Chat, and here is my first attempt at a post- I had 2018 Prius Prime and realized it had numerous hairline scratches on windshield. Very noticeable and distracting in the sun. I spoke with Toyota dealer and they didn’t know why or what issue was. I upgraded to 2020 Prius Prime [for 5 seat capacity] in Nov. 2019, and after scraping light ice from windshield have now found similar hairline scratches. I have standard plastic ice scraper used for years on my old Civic and CRV with no issues. Is there some type of coating on the Prius windshield that is being scratched so easily? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
