So kind of confused a bit. Normal driving highway speeds and let off the gas the rpms dont come down. Sometimes tapping the gas fixes it but most of the time not. Any ideas? Read that maybe the purge valve.?? Has 200k miles. 2011. Prius4. Always taken in for service
