Love driving the Prius C, but what I hate is that darn bright yellow “PASSENGER <> AIRBAG ON/OFF” on dash that constantly stays on. Really annoying at night. Did it on my 2012 C, and now on my 2018. Break down dash...just 2 screws, everything pulls off. Once the info unit is opened...again, just snaps open, there is a transparent info card you take out, and on reverse side cut some black electrical tape and cover the offending words. YouTube vids on how to do...takes about 15 easy minutes.
Nice. I never got around to doing this myself. I actually planned to get a scrap of tint from the shop I use for my cars and place it over. That way I can still see the airbag status, but have it be less annoying. It’s my wife’s commuter though so I’m barely ever in it, and it doesn’t bother her at all, so.....
