Sometimes on PriusChat you will get advice to not even read your trouble codes, and assume they might all have been somehow triggered by a seriously low 12 volt battery. I don't give that advice, because that's just throwing information away that might have been useful and without knowing what it was. This is a different situation, though, because (a) you have already read these trouble codes, and preserved them here, so you would not be throwing that information away, and (b) one of those codes (the first one, C1241) literally suggests that your aux battery voltage might have been very low at some point. (Clarification: that's not the only thing C1241 can mean, because it measures voltage at the brake actuator, not at the battery, so it could also mean there was a wiring problem in between. But low voltage system-wide is certainly one thing it can mean.) Under these exact circumstances, I don't think it would be unreasonable at all to (a) put a good long charge on the 12 volt battery, (b) clear the codes you have, and (c) give some time to see which ones come back. I would not go betting the farm that everything will be fixed and nothing comes back. But it's easy to try and even if half a dozen of those come back, that would have a less daunting look about it.
Step 1...did you have a check engine light prior to parking the car for that idle period? Step 2..get the 12v battery checked and charged up. A marginal 12v battery will die within a few weeks of non-use in a Gen 2 Prius. Step 3..reset all the ecu's by having the battery disconnected for a minute or two. (if you removed the battery to charge it, then this is already done) Reconnect the battery and see if the codes come back. Step 4..if the HV battery codes come back, it's likely you had one or more modules self discharge during the idle period, which is not uncommon. If the car will start, try to force charge the HV battery for a few minutes to get the weaker modules back to a reasonable state of charge. Then do step 3 again.
