During the 12v install, the little vent hose pulled completely out of the floor hole. I simply reinserted it into the floor hole, and connected the other end to the 12v battery vent hole. This is fine right?

How about now Metrolens? I keep reading these drop dead right around the 2 year time frame. I got into a little tiff with Amazon and as a result got mine for free. I want to stay ahead of the battery dying since I got the freebie.
