Red diagnostic lights Trangale, Engine and Brake

    Yesterday while driving all of a sudden Triangle(red) , Engine(Amber) and Brake (Red ) lights came. Due to the lock down I have not been driving for around one week. Even if there was any driving during the last 3 months it was all short 2-3 Km or Miles driving. Can that cause a battery issue ?.
    I checked the engine as oil level was very low and I topped up it, Brake oil was ok, Inter cooler water looks ok with bit of turbulence and clear. Now the Brake (Red ) light is gone, but the Triangle(red) , Engine(Amber) lights are still there.

    Can anybody give me a suggestion ?
