New to Prius. Bought Gen 2 but it has an added plug on rear bumper. Understand this may not be factory - and not in manual. Searching to understand what exactly we bought and how to best care for it. Called several dealerships but none so far know. Thanks.
take a pic for us? even better if you could look for any wires possible under the car or inside that might be coming from the plug as well. Possibly used for a trailer of some sort?
check in with boulder hybrids, they convert prius to plug in. take out the rear carpet, remove the deck, and you'll probably see the plug in battery. if not, lift out the storage tray and see if the spare tire is there
