NAV and BT not working

    2013 NAV unit, all of a sudden pressing APPS button doesn't start NAV. Also BT doesn't connect to my phone and can't go to BT settings. Sometimes looks like restarting itself showing Toyota logo, then briefly main menu, then logo again.
    A month ago I had the same issue but eventually corrected itself.
    Tried removing audio fuse, no effect.

    Software update solved the problem.
