Saw this mod on NigelJDMParts and would love to have it but its on the expensive side. Is there any other models that is not as expensive? I have a JDM type mirrors that I installed on my 2011 Prius and loved the look of it. Modellista Prius Prime LED mirror cover
I'm still on the hunt for these mirror lights either this particular one or any variants. Seems the Modellista brand is on par as TRD parts as any JDM parts will be expensive. I just orderd via Nigel. Once you order, it'll take 2 monthish to get your goodies... maybe more. The guy is located in Hong Kong. I ordered JDM visors and took 45 days. He just goes silent after you order but he does eventually take care of the order. You just have to be patient.
Can you PM me his info? His site does not seem to be working. I found a guy that deals with parts from Japan that is in the USA. I gave him what info I have on the mirrors and he said Modellista dose not make that mirror, atleast not in Japan. I also checked with the Modellista website and its not on their catalog list.
UPDATE: I'm able to purchase through the 【Buyee】 "Buyee" Japanese Proxy Service | Buy from Japan! (BUYEE). These are brokers who will buy items on your behalf and ships out to you in the states. There ~$10 fee plus shipping for the product to their office and shipping from the office to the USA. I'll post the installation and my wiring mod once i get it. These led mirror covers only light up but with some relays I can make it into signal mirrors.
Sigh I wish I saw all the other post about LED signal mirrors in this section but it was buried deep back. So I also ordered this set as this is what I actually wanted. Got this part in and now waiting for the other part of the mirror cover to come. Hopefully in week or two and then I can put it in all together. Here is the instructions for the LED arrow lights.
